Hi! I'm Sergio Lopez-Araiza and I'm happy to see you here!

I am a 2nd year PhD Managerial Economics and Strategy (MECS) student at the Kellogg School of Management in Northwestern University. 

My research interests lie in development economics, political economy, economic history, and organizational economics. I am currently working on understanding organized crime in Mexico and other historical settings, as well as patterns of technology diffusion and organizational practices in the developing world.
